- Contest period: entries to be accepted from November 29, 2024 to January 7, 2025 at midnight local time.
- Winner will be selected by random draw taking place on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. The winner will be tagged and announced on Instagram from @LibroCU account. Details of how to claim the prize in coordination with a Libro staff located in the Windsor-Essex region will be communicated by direct message on Instagram from the @LibroCU account.
- Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- No purchase necessary.
- Contest is open to everyone aged 18 or older. Entrants are not required to bank with Libro to enter.
- Entry is earned when an entrant follows @LibroCU on Instagram, posts a photo or video with Libro’s photo display, Libro Express Train, or in the Enchanted Children’s village to their Instagram feed (post, carousel, or reel), correctly tags @LibroCU and includes hashtag #LibroExpress. Posting an Instagram Story does not meet entry requirements. Note: If your Instagram account is set to private, we may not be able to see your entry.
- Limit to one entry per person. Additional feed posts, reels, or stories do not count as additional
- Contest promotion and permission to use photo and video content: entry in the contest gives permission for Libro to share photos, videos and content to promote the contest on Libro’s social media channels. City of Windsor and Bright Lights social media accounts will be cross-promoting the contest on social media channels.
- One prize to be won: $500 to the winner, and $500 on behalf of the winner to their chosen charity.
- Prize must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions. The charitable donation prize is non-negotiable, and cannot go to the winner, only to a registered charitable organization.
- Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Staff, Owner Representatives and Board of Directors members and immediate family members living in the same house are not eligible to enter the contest.
