      Each spring, I join forces with Goodwill Essex-Kent-Lambton and organize a charity golf tournament to support its financial goals. I am also on the Huron House Boys' Home board of directors which oversees the organization's financial stability.

      My goal as an account manager with Libro is to find the best banking and financing solutions for the self-employed population in Sarnia-Lambton.

      I am very proud to be part of the Libro team and I look forward to continuing to serve the Sarnia-Lambton community.

      I'm passionate about developing long-term relationships with owners and helping them get where they want to go. Financial coaching is a two-way street, and I enjoy exchanging knowledge and ideas with our owners.

I have been with Libro since 1996 and managed an agricultural and commercial portfolio along with the Watford Branch from 1998-2014. In 2012 I accepted the role of Lambton Middlesex Regional Manager and currently oversee Libro's Watford, Arkona, Sarnia and Strathroy branches along with working directly with the region’s agricultural and commercial team.

      I also operate a cash crop farm business with a partner which allows me valuable insight with operating a business along with the benefit of staying current with trends, issues and government policies which affect agricultural business.

      I enjoy volunteering for the London Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity and participating in the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes fundraiser. I also write business cases and serve as a guest speaker for numerous classes at King's University College.

      In my spare time, you can find me playing basketball in a professional men's league, renovating and building homes, or spending time with my girlfriend, my 11-year-old daughter, and our two golden retrievers, Pretzel and Bella.

      I believe listening and continuous communication are the key ingredients to a successful Coach-owner relationship. I offer no high pressure tactics, just honest, good advice and consultation. My goal is to make banking a fun and enjoyable experience.
