Contest Rules
- Contest period: The contest opens on October 8th and closes at 8pm on October 17th.
- Complete the entry form on the link provided. You must provide your name and contact information.
- Limit one entry per person. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than the eligible number of entries as defined, all of your entries will be declared null and void, and any prize you might have been entitled to will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.
- Libro Owners and Non-Libro Owners are eligible to participate in the contest. No purchase necessary.
- Entries are limited to residents of Ontario. Must be over the age of 19.
- One of three prize packs will be available to win. Prize must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions.
- A random draw will be made on Friday, October 18th, 2024.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
- Libro Credit Union staff, Owner Representatives and Board of Directors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to enter the contest.
- Winner must sign a declaration and release confirming compliance with the rules and consenting to the use of their name, city of residence and/or photograph without compensation for any publicity carried out by Libro and releasing Libro Credit Union from liability in connection with the awarding and use of the prize.
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
- Potential winners will be contacted by Libro and must reply within ten (10) business days. If the potential winner does not reply within a period of ten (10) business days, then at the sole and absolute discretion of Libro, that entrant will be disqualified, his/her entitlement to receive a prize will be forfeited and an alternate eligible entry will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
- Libro reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of the contest, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as Libro deems appropriate.
- By entering the contest entrants agree to abide by these rules. This contest is sponsored by Libro Credit Union (“Libro”), which is a business name used by Libro Credit Union Limited.
